Estimates are free and carry no obligation, whether by phone, by photo or in person. You are never charged for asking.
Booking and deposits
If a job needs a deposit, we tell you before we book it.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- To cancel or move a job, call or text us as early as you can.
- If weather or safety makes a job impossible, we reschedule at no charge.
Payment
You approve the final price on site before work starts, and payment is due when the job is finished. If the job changes while we are there, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Refunds
- A deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we head out to you.
- If we cannot perform a job you have prepaid for, we refund the prepayment in full within the same period.
- If a job is stopped part way, you are charged only for the work actually done and any costs already incurred.
Our warranty
Our repairs carry a 500-mile warranty. If something we fixed is not right within 500 miles, call or text us and we will look at it.
Problems
Call or text (205) 607-5511 as soon as you notice a problem. We get back to you as soon as we can and, where something is our fault, we fix it. Please contact us before starting a card chargeback, because a conversation is faster for both of us. Anything we cannot resolve is handled under the disputes section of our Terms of Service.
